Offer eligibility and redemption

• For adults 21 years of age or older only. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at redemption.
• One $5 offer per eligible customer during the Alive After Five promotion. The offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, is not valid on prior purchases, and cannot be combined with other discounts, rewards, coupons, or promotions.
• The offer applies only to a qualifying purchase at a participating Top Grass location while the promotion is active. Product availability and eligibility may vary.
• The discount will not reduce a cannabis product below the market value permitted by New York law. State and local retail taxes are calculated using the pre-discount price.
• Submission does not reserve a product or guarantee availability. Top Grass may exclude items or modify, suspend, or end the offer where permitted by law. Void where prohibited.
