In store — we accept cash and debit (no tap-to-pay) at the counter. An ATM is available for your convenience; it accepts debit cards, credit cards (if your bank program allows), and tap.

Online — pay through Aeropay on our website and app.

No medical card is required. As a NYS licensed recreational dispensary, all we need is a valid government-issued ID proving you're 21 or older. We accept driver's licenses, passports, and state IDs — including out-of-state and international IDs. Physical IDs are required.

Log in with your phone number on our website or mobile app to see your rewards and ways to redeem. Note that you must provide your phone number at purchase to be assigned points, and it can take up to 48 hours after a purchase for points to reflect on your account.

Having an issue with your points? Reach out and we'll make adjustments manually.

We offer a 48-hour return policy from the date of purchase for defective products. If you're having an issue with a product, bring it back to the store so we can troubleshoot it and exchange it if it's found to be defective.
