What we collect
We collect your name, date of birth and mobile number to verify that you are eligible, create your rewards profile and connect your points to the correct account. Your home address is optional.
How your information is used
Your details are sent securely to Carrot, our rewards platform, to verify your one-time code and create or update your profile. This signup does not opt you into marketing messages.
QR signup and points
After successful verification, Top Grass records your name, full phone number, available Carrot profile ID, signup time, QR source and basic device information in a restricted WordPress report. We use this record to identify QR signups and award or support the advertised points.
Optional location
If you choose “Use my location,” your device will ask permission. Your location is used to fill the optional address field and determine an approximate ZIP code. Raw GPS coordinates are not kept in the QR report.
Retention and choices
QR attribution records are automatically removed after 180 days. You may leave the address blank or decline location access and still create a profile. For privacy questions or correction requests, call Top Grass at (631) 914-3596.
